David McEachern joined Cranston McEachern in 1960, was admitted as a solicitor in 1965, became a partner of the firm in 1967 and became managing partner in 1985. David's father, Cranston, was the founder of the firm.
David's professional experience and legal expertise relates to corporate law, banking and finance, securities, and property law.
David advises international and domestic banks on a wide range of matters including loan and credit facilities, syndications and regulatory matters on both commercial and retail levels.
David retired as a partner on the 31 July 2016 and continues with the firm as a consultant.
Outside law David enjoys golf and travelling.
